::IMPORTANT::The Lil' Ave. Tube Membership Area CLOSED on August 10th, 2007.  On that date access to the members area [to all] ended. ::All members obligations [paid, or free] will cease and be deemed final and completed::  ::All previous members of the Lil' Ave. Tube Area MUST respect and adhere to the TOU set forth [and agreed to] - inorder to continue using the tubes that they [as individuals] downloaded, while having membership access to the Lil' Ave. Tube Area, in their "finished creations."

*The Lil' Ave. Terms for the "Tubes Area" Membership. [For Personal Use or for Profit!] ::Additional terms may apply to certain tubes in the members area.
*I use PaintShop Pro7 to create my tubes. Tubes are offered to members in zip files, as .psp or .gif format. ::It is your responsibility to make sure you can open zip files and the file formats.
*You "MUST" have a website to join the Lil' Ave., it must be suitable viewing for all ages and in English, [or at least translated, so that I can read it.]
*I do NOT accept MSN groups, Yahoo or any group/photo album sites [or the like] that can not add the proper protective coding to the pages.
*Membership is for [1] person, not to be shared with "anyone" else. ::Membership sharing is not permitted. 
*Effective Aug. 28th, 2006:  New members:: If you are co-owners of a website offering tags or other creations and you wish to use any of my tubes for creating, tags, website decorations, stationery etc., "all"  owners of the same site must be in agreement by purchasing their "own"  membership to the Lil' Ave. ::[If all owners of the same site do not agree, please do not apply.]
*Current members with multiple-owner sites  [prior to Aug. 28th, 2006] that do not agree to the new terms, are welcome to continue using the tubes that they saved prior to 8/28/06 for their own personal use [with credit links provided], AND also continue using the creations that they have made [for profit] with those tubes prior to Aug. 28th, 2006 in their graphics shop or members area, but are not permitted to use the new tube updates [for profit] on any co-owned site[s] shop or members area. ::Finished images must be saved in  gif format::
*Do not share or offer the actual tubes [as they are offered to you] on any site, (paid or free) or add them to any other forum. [Ex: snag/tag boards, MSN/Yahoo groups, or through email groups, etc.]
*You "MUST" do something creative with the tubes, (ex: add other tubes...create your own unique image!) *Adding text to a tube and calling it a Sig. - is "NOT" acceptable. *If using the tubes to create personalized sig. tags, blinkies, sets, cards, premades etc., the images must be finished [with text] and never offered as "blank" creations ,[linkware, freeware or shareware in their original form.] ::All bases must also be "dressed."
*Purchased memberships and the One Time Fee [O.T.F.] membership includes the content that I offer [inside the Tube area for download] and additional tubes that I create and add during your membership time [excluding tubes listed in the Creative License Area, unless you have purchased the license.] ::Please download the tubes offered and the updates added within one month, and make a backup copy. [I do remove older tubes from time to time, and will not offer them inside the members area again.] ::Please remember that I am not a "graphics making machine."  I try to provide quality images for my members, which takes time to create.  :: View my "sample" page link for a general idea of my work and the updates provided ::
*Your membership allows you to use the tubes to make [finished - with text] signature tags, premades [with text], blinkies [with text] or other creations [web sets, stationary] for your personal use or for profit...if they are used as graphics. ::[Ex: sig. tags/premades/web sets/adoptions etc., as finished creations and offered in .gif format.]  ::When creating web sets & stationary with my tubes, you must not include any of the tubes [as decoration - in it's original form.] ::You must include at least a small credit link, [such as: some tubes used are from the Lil' Ave.] on your stationery, websets.
*The tubes are "not" to be used or offered "as is", nor for crafts, wrappers, patterns, prints, on drop and drag sites, or for any offline use.
*Do "NOT" use my tubes to create other tubes, [meaning the finished creations you make with my tubes, must have TEXT and NOT  offered/sold as blanks or in ANY type of tube format.] ::You may NOT write tutorials, make outlines, offer them in their original state, as shareware, for sale, freeware, linkware, cd's or for download period. ::Please do not rename, cut, colorize, resize or make the tubes into brushes. *Please do not "watermark" the tubes, [as this gives the impression that the tubes were made by you.] ::You must not claim credit for the tubes. ::The tubes are 100% mouse or tablet colored by me, using lines/and or tutorials [from membership sites], my own imagination and style! 
*If you sell or transfer your site to someone else, the new owner[s] must understand that all TOU will apply to the creations you've made using tubes from the Lil' Ave. ::The actual tubes or your membership that you have with the Lil' Ave. can not be transferred. 
*Membership Trades:: Are expected to honor our original membership terms. If your site closes, goes on an extended break, you do not update at least once a month, or I am unable to access your site, [after two attempts to reach you fails], your membership will be terminated. [All prior agreement and license will remain the same, for those images that we both obtained while our membership trade was active.]  ::Jan., 2007 Due to the large number of memberships I already have, I am no longer trading memberships.

::Creative License:: Certain tubes [large sets, and/or named Character tubes, purchased lines outside of my usual memberships, extra detailed tubes, etc.] as of Oct. 31, 2006.  [Tubes offered before Oct. 30, 2006 in the members area, do NOT require a special license to use in your creations.]  ::The Creative License is a seperate fee, and does not include membership. ::Members must have a current paid membership to  purchase the license, and to download and use the Creative License Catagory Tubes. [The same terms of use apply to these tubes as they do to the general "all members use" tubes.] ::If your membership expires before your Creative License expires, you are still able to use the Creative License Catagory tubes, [that you downloaded during your  membership time], as long as you continue to respect the terms of use.

::Collections Tube Sets:: At times I may offer Lil' Ave. Tube Collections for a [1] time download.  ::The tubes in the collections will be tubes previously offered inside my members area. ::Buyer must agree to all site terms.  ::Tube Set Collections must be downloaded within 24 hours, save a copy of the collection to your hard drive, as it will not be replaced for you. ::Collections/Sets does not include membership.

::Lil' Ave. Tube Shoppe:: I offer tube sets outside of the members area for sale.  These sets will be noted as "limited" or unlimited and will also note if they will be offered inside my members area in future updates.  Read the TOU on each page before ordering. ::Purchased tubes does not include membership.  ::NO REFUNDS::

*Your membership is for [1] person. *You may not share your username/password or contents offered within the tube area with anyone else. 
*Rude emails will not be acknowledged. *Kindness is expected....not an option.*
*All members will be sent a membership logo, via email. The logo must displayed and linked on your site "before" you are given access to the members area[s.] You can add it to your credits/membership page. *Please link back using this url only: http://lilave.com
*Your email address and website link[s] information [that you provide] must be kept current.  
*Members [current or former] not displaying the logo and proper credit link, are no longer permitted to use the tubes for profit.
*You must have the proper protective codes on your site pages, to keep non-members from borrowing the creations from you.
*I do NOT accept MSN groups, Yahoo or any group/photo album sites [or the like] that can not add the proper protective coding to the pages.
*In the event of health issues, [be it me or in my family] the members area may close, [at my option] and all memberships will cease and be deemed "complete, with no refunds or futher obligations offered by me to any member." 
*By joining/paying to access the Tube Area, it means that you have: read and agreed to the Lil' Ave's. TOU [even if you failed to read them] and that you acknowledge that you have viewed the samples/update page and that while you may cancel your membership at any time inside the members area, you will not receive a refund after you have paid, for "any" reason.
*A copy of this agreement will be provided to Paypal if a member would request a refund. 
*This is my home on the web, therefore I reserve the right to open the door or to refuse membership to anyone; the right to create and add graphics of my choice, the right to refuse any requested graphics [without explaination], and to amend these terms, as needed. ::Please review them from time to time. ::The right to request a guest pass access to members areas, in the event I need to  make sure my terms are being respected. ::And, the right to remove any member [without refund] that violates these terms of use.
*Members not respecting the terms of use, will be removed from the membership area[s] and will no longer have access to the site. Your membership will be cancelled "without" refund, and you will no longer have permission to make a profit from creations you make using my tubes.
*You "MUST" have a website [suitable for all ages] to join the Tube Area.
*Any person that applies to join [and has paid] that is not approved to join [my option], will be charged a $2.00 processing fee.
