::The Lil' Ave. Tube Membership area "CLOSED" on August 10th, 2007::
::The Lil' Ave. Creative License that was offered [for select tubes] inside the members area, allows the holder to use the [CL] Creative License tubes in their finished creations.  [The License was a seperate fee, and only these license holders listed below, are allowed  to use and and continue to use the CL tubes in their finished creations, [that they downloaded during their active membership to the Lil' Ave. Tube Membership Area, [as per the TOU.]  Anyone not on the list does not hold a license, nor have permission to use the "CL" tubes. ::Please contact form if you see anyone abusing my terms of use::
