Lil' Ave. Shoppe Terms of Use:: :PLEASE respect my work and my terms by displaying and linking the matching personalized certificate that I send with each collection, on the actual page that you display the tubes [or created graphics using Lil' Ave. tubes] inside of your "protected members area" "AND" also on your "credits" [sample] page. :If you are a previous buyer and do not have the logo or credit displayed, I will no longer fill orders for your site: ----><---- ::You MUST have a website [with protective page coding, and it must be g-rated ["safe viewing for all ages."] You must provide me with your website link and display the logo [provided with each order [as described above.] Your graphic creations using my tubes " MUST" be finished and personalized [with name or a text greeting added to the finished images] "before" offering them to others, [as sig. tags, adoptions and premades, websets etc..] :Additional terms for websets is, you must include a credit link on the webset and/or stationary stating that..."Some tubes purchased at the Lil' Ave. - http://lilave.com:: [Please use that url only, because I do rename my pages often.] ----><---- ::You MUST add [other tubes] and TEXT to make a completed "finished image." Absolutely "NO" altering, cutting, resizing, cropping, chopping , or copying of the actual tubes.] ::Adding text to a single tube, and calling it a new creation....is NOT allowed:: Please add your own creative touch, to make the tubes a unique "finished graphic creation." ----><---- Price - Sale Policy ::At times I do have "sales"... marking down sets that are older or only have a limited number of sets remaining. ::Orders are billed at the price stated on the menu page [or on individual tube set pages], on the actual date that the order is placed by the buyer. [Sorry, no exceptions, and no refunds will be given for any reason.] ----><---- ::NOTHING on this site can be shared, snagged, uploaded to, or posted on [or in] any Yahoo, MSN or other "snag/share" group or album. ::My "Limited Edition" creations are for individual buyers "end use finished graphic creations" only. The "AS-IS" collections are for pixel websites, that have a protected members area] only. ::PLEASE NOTE:: Share/snag group "owners" that allow my images to be sent [shared] through their lists, will be held responsible, reported to the host, and your IP. AND, every attempt will be made to collect the total cost per set, that you share [times the number of members that you have given access to.] :: No screen shots either! :: ----><---- ::ALL orders are deleted from my PC folder after 5 days. ::Due to the extensive time involved, I will no longer spend hours sorting through the many folders that I have, [to resend orders after the 5 day limit.] "SAVE" a backup copy of the collections that you purchase from me. ::NO EXCEPTIONS will be made for any reason, [so please do not ask.] ----><---- ::Your "finished" images [as described above] can then be sold and offered on your own personal individual shoppe or in members area as Tags, Premades, Web sets, Email stats, Adoptions, for "end use creations only" [not as blank tags, nor as tubes!] ----><---- ::None Available at this Time:: Starting, Feb. 25th, 2009: Some collections at the Lil' Ave. shoppe...are now available for "YOUR" theme week sends. [Collections will be clearly marked that are available for this type use.] ::As a buyer you can purchase these Lil' Ave. collections and the collections "CAN" then be used to send out to "YOUR" own "theme week "email subscribers." ::Your theme week subscribers CAN then place those Lil' Ave. collections in their OWN protected members area, for their members to use in their "finished end use creations." [Theme weeks are usually limited to #10 subscribers, so keep that in mind.] They are "NOT" to be "resold" to your own members [or "resold" in your shoppe area, or "resold" period.] Doing any of those things would sort of defeat the purpose of me having a shoppe area of my own. ::All other shoppe terms of use apply" so please read them and if you have any questions, plesase contact me, using the shoppe contact form:: ----><---- "AS-IS" Sets/Collections Additional Terms:. "AS-IS" TOU: When you purchase an "AS-IS" set from the Lil' Ave. it must be placed inside of your protected members area, [one site only] for your members "end use" finished graphic creations.]. ::The buyer is required to leave the credit layers intact on each collection "AND" display and link the personalized certificate on the page that tubes are displayed [inside your protected members area], and it "MUST" be placed and linked back, on your "credits page." ::No altering, no offline use, and no reselling [as tubes.] ::AS-IS Lineart have the same terms: the buyer can place the lines inside of [one] protected members area - for your members to shade and use in their "end use finished creations"...but, the lines can not resold as lines, nor can the tubes made from my lineart. :: You MUST have a website "with protected members area" to purchase any "AS-IS" collections. ::All other site TOU apply, so please read them. [Thank You.] ----><---- ::Donations:: From time to time I do donate tube packs to try to help out with fundraisers etc. Recently, these events have gone from "lending a supportive hand for those that truely are facing unforeseen hardships"....to "other reasons" that I can no longer continue to support. I care and I want to help my neighbor when I can, and have donated many, many times over the years, without asking for anything in return. However, the requests for donations have increased to the point that every few days I receive requests asking me to donate [even from people that I've never heard from before, and have never bothered to purchase and/or even visit my shoppe - until they want a donation.] While I may contribute to fundraisers for a "good cause" I am no longer able to donate to every "auction/raffle or "just because" benefit. ::However...for " those other type requests" if you wish to contact me, I will consider - [1.] offering a shoppe credit [at a very nice discount], for your benefit. ::Try to remember that I create because I enjoy it, but also to maintain my webite and to make a little $pending money just like you:: [2.] I may also consider trading with you. The images are sent to the buyer via email, in a zip file, and in .psp format [animated images are sometimes included as gif files too.] . :It is "your responsibility" to know if you can open [and use] these type of images. - You may NOT: resell, or share the [actual] Limited Edition tubes with others [including co-owners of the same site.] ::My Limited Edition graphics are for the "actual buyers end use creations only.":: By placing an order, you agree to these terms, even if you didn't bother to read them.
